Early 20th Century Russian 56 Rose, Yellow and White Gold (14K), Moire and Guilloche Enamel Egg accented throughout with Rose Cut Diamonds, Cabochon Garnets, Seed Pearls and Topped by a Moonstone. The egg opens to reveal a bouquet of enamel decorated gold flowers each set a rose cut diamond. Stamped Faberge, 56 gold mark and ??.
