Loop (Henry Augustus Loop: American, 1831-1895) and dated 1877 to the back of the canvas. Viewing area measures: 4-3/4" H, 8" W, frame measures: 10-7/8" H, 14" W. One (1) oil on board of an outdoor gathering of villagers at a river bank. Unsigned. Viewing area measures: 6-5/8" H, 9-1/4" W, frame measures: 10-1/4" H, 12-3/4" W.
