Large Vintage Virginia Giorelli, Capri Italian Gemstone, Pearl, Carnelian Intaglio, Roman Coin and 18 Karat Yellow Gold Brooch. Set in the center with an approx. 5.0 carat oval cabochon pink tourmaline and accented with small round brilliant cut diamonds and small emerald and ruby beads.
