Steinway Salon Grand Piano Model B in a French Polished Satinwood Case. Circa 1910. The piano was rebuilt and re-strung so the serial number is not in the usual location. The damper felt has been replaced and the damper heads refinished. There are no cracks in the soundboard. Bearing is fine in the treble, mid section and the bass, this indicates that the soundboard is sufficiently crowned. The bridges are good and the bridge pins are tight. The duplexes are placed appropriately. Keys and action: There is no play in the front and center key bushings. The hammers are recent as are the shanks and flanges. There is no need to replace the hammers or the shanks and flanges, or the wippins. Measures: 6"-11" L, 58" W. Condition: Exceptional condition.
